Ad Technology Specialist / Manager* (f/m/d) 

Workload: 80-100 % | 3 days home office


If you’re convinced that the digital advertising industry has a future, you love being part of the development of innovative solutions for clients, onboarding new business partners, troubleshooting, having a DIY mindset and if you have development experience in the field of advertising technology and understand the potential it can unleash. 



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build standardized solutions and optimize Ad Server and programmatic setup

  • Effectively set up and integrate technology stack:

  • Auditing, fixing, installing, and documenting the setup of technology vendors

  • Ensuring that different technology systems are correctly aligned and integrated

  • Highlighting any gaps or risks in the setup

  • Troubleshooting and testing enhancements for existing marketplace solution. 

  • Contribute to the development of internal products and processes, including developing documentation and training materials

  • Implement ad tech infrastructure for addressable media in TV and more.

  • Analyze campaign performance data to gain data-driven business insights and improve our Mulitichannel (Online, Addressable TV, DooH & Audio) Ad Tech & Programmatic solutions


  • University degree, ideally with a focus on marketing or (business) IT

  • In-depth knowledge of the Ad Tech market, with a focus on further developments in the area of cross-device and programmatic advertising

  • Very good technical understanding of the AdTech industry and technologies

  • High affinity to IT topics and high analytical understanding of complex IT landscapes

  • Strong expertise working with Adservers, Supply Side Platforms (SSPs) or Demand side platforms (DSPs) and Data Management platforms (DMPs)

  • Experience in CSS, HTML, HTML5 and JavaScript

  • Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus

  • Able to quickly absorb complex technical concepts and communicate to both technical and non-technical peers alike.
