(Senior) Analyst - Revenue Management & Strategic Pricing (m/w/d) 80-100%
Responsibilities
Shape and refine pricing strategies and tariff structures for digital advertising products
Manage the Revenue Management Board with members of top-management to ensure a cross-functional exchange and coordination of pricing and yield management activities
Take ownership of the yield management function to improve revenues and optimize inventory utilization across all sales channels (direct sales, programmatic & self-service)
Lead a crucial dynamic pricing project and continuously improve the model / algorithm together with our Data Scientists and Sales Directors
Lead pricing related projects and drive the implementation of improvement measures across the organization
Analyze large data sets and deliver insightful conclusions and actionable recommendations for the top-management
Bring in know-how and new approaches from industries such as advertising, aviation, banking, travel, logistics or e-commerce
Occasionally lead digitalization and optimization projects across the group
Experience and Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in an equivalent position or as a consultant with a quantitative background
BA/BS required, MA/MS/MBA preferred. Major in economics, engineering, finance, computer sciences or equivalent
Experience in a digital business environment preferably also working with customer analytics or advertising data
Creativity and vision: you have ideas how to create value through data, but you also know how to effectively test, implement and communicate them
Ideally, experience working with AdServer technologies such as DMPs, SSPs, Google Analytics is a plus
Ideally, experience working with BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
English is a must, German a plus
