Goldbach expands top management

Unterföhring, October 19, 2022 - The technology-oriented marketer Goldbach is expanding its leadership team: In addition to Managing Directors Robert Stahl and Frank Möbius, Claudia Zayer, Verena Zerai and Imke Deuerlein are taking on more responsibility to meet the company's growth and drive future topics.

  • Claudia Zayer becomes Managing Director of Goldbach DOOH GmbH. There, alongside Robert Stahl and Frank Möbius, she will take over the management of the subsidiary of Goldbach Germany GmbH. Claudia Zayer has already been leading the digital-out-of-home team at Goldbach Germany as Director DOOH since 2019 and has been working in the industry for more than ten years. After several years in classic media and TV planning, she held positions at Ströer Infoscreen and Weischer.JvB, where she was responsible for setting up Programmatic DOOH in Hamburg. In recent years, the proven DOOH expert has accompanied and helped shape the transformation in the industry - from digital billboards to fully digitalized real-time media - and will continue to strengthen the medium in the market in her new role.
  • As Director Finance & Business Affairs,Verena Zerai will become part of the new leadership team and will also be given power of attorney for Goldbach Germany GmbH. Verena Zerai has been with the company for seven years. Starting as Publisher Manager, she was then successfully responsible for Business Affairs. Now, under her leadership, the Finance & Business Affairs department is being restructured. Verena Zerai brings a wealth of experience from previous positions at media companies such as Super RTL and Myriad Pictures.
  • Imke Deuerlein, Director Marketing, Communications & Strategy Operations, has already been an authorized signatory of Goldbach Germany GmbH since August 2020 and strengthens the leadership team around the management board. Imke Deuerlein has been with Goldbach Germany for seven years and previously worked as a media planner at MediaCom Munich and ProSiebenSat.1. At Goldbach, she has been responsible for marketing, communications and strategy for almost three years.

With the establishment of a leadership team around the management board, the strong growth of Goldbach over the past years is taken into account. Strategically important tasks can thus be implemented directly in-house. With its growing moving image offering in the media DOOH, online video, advanced TV and special interest TV, Goldbach occupies a field that is becoming increasingly relevant for the advertising industry.
