Gemessen wurden KPI wie Ad Liking, Ad Recognition etc. auf den Kan\u00e4len Online, TV und Social Media. Die Zahlen gibt&#8217;s im Case-Video. Wie Dr. Oetker die Resultate aus der Studie f\u00fcr Folgekampagnen nutzen kann, erkl\u00e4rt Walentina Mejenina, Media &amp; Communications Managerin von Dr. Oetker.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wie waren Ihre ersten Erfahrungen mit Swiss Ad Impact als Kundin?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unsere erste Erfahrung mit der Swiss-Ad-Impact-Studie war \u00fcberaus positiv. Die Analyse der Multi-Channel-Kampagne f\u00fcr unsere Pizzamarke \u201cCasa di Mama\u201d lieferte uns wertvolle und aussagekr\u00e4ftige Erkenntnisse. Dieser Umstand unterstreicht die Beliebtheit unseres humorvollen TV-Spots bei den Zuschauer*innen. Andere, wie der tiefere Wert beim Ad Liking auf Social Media haben uns hingegen \u00fcberrascht. Dort konnten wir aber sogleich einen Optimierungsbedarf bei den eingesetzten Creatives ableiten.<\/p>\n<p>In der Altersgruppe der 15-29-J\u00e4hrigen wurden auch einige \u00fcberraschende Ergebnisse offenbart, insbesondere mit unerwartet hohen Werten bei der Werbeanziehung (Relevance &amp; Interest).<\/p>\n<p>Es ist entscheidend, die Ergebnisse im entsprechenden Kontext zu interpretieren. Besonders bei einem Low-Involvement-Produkt wie einer Tiefk\u00fchlpizza neigen die Befragten dazu, eine h\u00f6here Kaufabsicht anzugeben. Das k\u00f6nnte sich bei Produkten mit komplexeren Kaufentscheidungsprozessen anders verhalten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inwiefern konnten Sie die Erkenntnisse aus der Studie f\u00fcr sich nutzen?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Folgekampagne haben wir insbesondere den Kanalmix und die Kreativgestaltung angepasst.
