As an industry association, it focuses on digitalization and Artificial Intelligence (AI), offering practical events and training. Its annual Digimonitor study provides representative Information on the use of electronic media and devices in Switzerland.  &lt;\/div&gt;\"  href=\"https:\/\/goldbach.com\/en\/glossary\/igem\/\"  data-mobile-support=\"0\"  data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex='0' role='link'>IGEM<\/a> and in cooperation with <a class=\"glossaryLink cmtt_Audio cmtt_Online cmtt_OOH cmtt_TV\"  aria-describedby=\"tt\"  data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;WEMF&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;WEMF (headquartered in Zurich) collects data on media usage in Switzerland and Liechtenstein for the targeted placement of display advertising in newspapers and magazines. Its core tasks include national readership research, circulation auditing of the Swiss press, and certification of other media categories (e.g., DOOH and advertising in public transport). Applied to the population, one could say that the professionals underestimate Print usage by approximately 2.6 million users. You may have experienced it the same way in your estimation above, but the <a class=\"glossaryLink cmtt_Audio cmtt_Online cmtt_OOH cmtt_TV\"  aria-describedby=\"tt\"  data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Ad&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Abbreviation for &amp;quot;advertisement&amp;quot; and refers to an ad or an advertising material within the digital and traditional media and advertising context.&lt;\/div&gt;\"  href=\"https:\/\/goldbach.com\/en\/glossary\/ad\/\"  data-mobile-support=\"0\"  data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex='0' role='link'>Ad<\/a> People in the study overestimated the general usage of social media in practically all cases. For TikTok, it is 19 percentage points (approx. 1 million users), for Instagram 15 percentage points (1 million) and for LinkedIn 9 percentage points (approx. 600,000).
