According to the latest study, the Goldbach Video Network (GVN) will also achieve the highest monthly Reach among the queried Video offerings in Switzerland in 2025. The present results are based on the now ninth representative survey on the use of the GVN, which was carried out in cooperation with Dentsu Switzerland AG.
\n<\/strong>
\n<\/strong>In February 2025, a total of 1,256 people between the ages of 15 and 64 from German- and French-speaking Switzerland provided information about their usage behavior of various Video platforms as part of a representative Online survey. Stably high usage in monthly and daily comparison<\/h2>\n

With a monthly net Reach of 94%, the GVN also achieves the highest value in the comparison of the investigated providers this year. <\/span>In second place, with a significant gap, is YouTube with 74% <\/span>. The GVN also leads in daily use with 50%, ahead of Instagram, which comes to 36%.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sub-Networks with strong individual performance<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The current study provides exciting insights into the sub-Networks of the GVN. For example, the Digital TV Network, which combines all digital TV platforms from Goldbach’s portfolio, achieves a monthly net Reach of 54%. The weekly Reach is a high 35%. The CTV Network, which impresses with a monthly net Reach of 27% and a weekly Reach of 18%, is being reported separately for the first time this year. The topic-specific environment Networks within the GVN also show a strong performance. They record particularly high affinity values among different Target groups, for example among users interested in travel in the sports environment or those interested in business in the Best of Technology. <\/p>\n

Strong performance in younger Target groups<\/strong>
\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In the Target group of 15- to 29-year-olds, the GVN reaches 93% monthly. This puts the Network significantly ahead of YouTube with 84%. The data show that the GVN also has a consistently high level of use among younger Target groups. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Broad demographic coverage<\/h2>\n

With an Average age of 40 years and a female user share of 49 percent, the GVN has a balanced and broadly based user profile and is therefore positioned in the middle of the market comparison. This enables a versatile approach to different Target groups. <\/p>\n

Strong addition in the media mix<\/h2>\n

The Goldbach Video Network (GVN) achieves considerable incremental Reach in combination with other media channels. For example, due to its high number of exclusive users, the GVN delivers a strong Reach increase of 24% in combination with YouTube. The additional Reach through the GVN with classic TV is 12% and in combination with the Goldbach TV channels even 16%. The GVN is therefore ideally suited as a supplementary channel within a cross-media media planning.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Positive perception and high attributed content quality
\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Network is also convincing in terms of quality: In the perception of the respondents, the GVN performs significantly better compared to YouTube. The GVN content is rated as 40% more credible, 32% more informative, 30% more useful and a total of 32% higher quality than YouTube. These results speak for a strong acceptance of content and a trustworthy media and Advertising environment.<\/p>\n<\/div>
