CFO Tom Gibbings takes over at Goldbach Neo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcsnacht, April 15, 2024 &#8211; After 24 years with the Goldbach Group, including 11 years as CEO, Michi Frank has decided to hand over operational responsibility for the Goldbach Group. In summer 2024, he will hand over his role as CEO to Christoph Marty, currently CEO of Goldbach Neo. Michi Frank wants to change direction. He will remain Delegate of the Board of Directors of Goldbach Media and will support Christoph Marty in an advisory capacity. &#8220;I have decided to take this step and am looking forward to new mandates in order to contribute my knowledge in an advisory capacity in the future. I am also delighted to be handing over the reins to Christoph Marty. I am convinced that he is the ideal person to lead Goldbach into the future. Through my long-term mandate at Goldbach Media, I will remain connected to the company.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Pietro Supino, Publisher and President of TX Group: &#8220;Michi Frank is the father of today&#8217;s Goldbach Group and is handing over the company in a good position with a clear vision for the future. We respect his long-announced wish to hand over operational responsibility and are delighted that we have been able to persuade him to remain on the Board of Directors of Goldbach Media.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Christoph Marty has held management positions at CH Media and Publicitas and has been CEO of the out-of-home marketer Clear Channel Switzerland, which was acquired by the Goldbach Group last year, for over seven years. He was responsible for the successful merger with Neo Advertising to form Goldbach Neo. &#8220;During the merger of Clear Channel Switzerland with the former Goldbach subsidiary Neo Advertising last year, I got to know Goldbach as a dynamic company with highly professional employees. I look forward to developing the Goldbach Group further with these colleagues&#8221;, says Christoph Marty.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CFO Tom Gibbings takes over overall responsibility at Goldbach Neo<\/strong><br \/>\nThe current CFO Tom Gibbings, who was elected as the new CEO by the Board of Directors, will be responsible for Goldbach Neo&#8217;s business. The qualified auditor will take over management from Christoph Marty on July 1, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining Clear Channel Switzerland, Tom Gibbings worked in various positions at Clear Channel in London. Prior to that, he worked for Disney and KPMG, among others. As CEO of Goldbach Neo, Tom Gibbings will become part of the Goldbach Group&#8217;s Executive Board in the summer. With the departure of Christoph Marty, the Executive Board of Goldbach Neo will also be reduced from four to three members.<\/p>\n<p>Christoph Marty says: &#8220;I am delighted that we have been able to recruit Tom Gibbings as CEO of Goldbach Neo.
