Both companies will continue to operate unchanged and independently until closing. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The completion of the transaction (closing) is subject to regulatory approval.   <\/p>\n<p>eisbach.media emerged in 2025 from the former Goldbach Germany GmbH. The company offers advertisers and media agencies access to a constantly growing network of digital advertising space in high-traffic locations throughout Germany. The portfolio includes premium inventories in shopping centers and DCLPs at charging stations, which are primarily located in retail and trade areas. In addition to classic booking, eisbach.media also enables programmatic purchasing of Digital-Out-of-Home campaigns.   <\/p>\n<p>The Bauer Media Group is a European media company headquartered in Hamburg. The fifth-generation family-owned company operates in publishing, audio, and out-of-home advertising, and is further expanding its third business pillar with Bauer Media Outdoor. With this acquisition, the Bauer Media Group gains access to the German Digital-Out-of-Home market and strengthens its presence in an important market for European advertisers.  <\/p>\n<p>Christoph Marty, CEO of the Goldbach Group, comments on the sale: \u00abWith Bauer Media, a long-term oriented owner is taking over who can further develop the eisbach.media business.
