Goldbach Group AG vend sa société allemande Splicky GmbH à l’entreprise danoise Adform, un fournisseur mondial de solutions AdTech.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Küsnacht, 19 décembre 2025 – La filiale berlinoise de Goldbach, Splicky, est spécialisée dans les questions liées au programmatic advertising dans la région DACH et au-delà. Sa Multichannel Demand Side Platform du même nom, «Splicky», permet l’achat programmatique d’espaces publicitaires sur les terminaux mobiles, ordinateurs de bureau, écrans Digital-out-of-Home et télévisions connectées, ainsi que de formats audio diffusés sur des stations de radio et des enceintes intelligentes. <\/p>\n

Adform est un fournisseur européen de technologies publicitaires proposant aux marques, agences et éditeurs une plateforme entièrement intégrée pour la publicité numérique. Avec sa solution Adform FLOW, l’entreprise combine adserver, demand-side platform et gestion des données afin de diffuser, piloter et optimiser les campagnes publicitaires de manière efficace sur l’ensemble des canaux digitaux.
