Le CEO de longue date, Michi Frank, transmet la responsabilité opérationnelle de Goldbach Group à Christoph Marty. Chez Goldbach Neo, c’est le CFO Tom Gibbings qui prend la relève.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Küsnacht, le 15 avril 2024 – Après 24 ans au sein de Goldbach Group, dont 11 ans en tant que CEO, Michi Frank a décidé de céder la responsabilité opérationnelle de Goldbach Group. Au cours de l’été 2024, il transmettra son rôle de CEO à Christoph Marty, actuellement CEO de Goldbach Neo. Michi Frank souhaite se réorienter. Il reste délégué du conseil d’administration de Goldbach Media et conseillera Christoph Marty. « J’ai décidé de franchir cette étape et je me réjouis de pouvoir apporter mes connaissances à l’avenir dans des fonctions de conseil. De plus, je suis heureux de transmettre la direction à Christoph Marty. Je suis convaincu qu’il est la personne idéale pour diriger Goldbach vers l’avenir. Grâce à mon mandat à long terme chez Goldbach Media, je resterai lié à l’entreprise. »<\/p>\n

Pietro Supino, éditeur<\/a> et président de TX Group : « Michi Frank est le père de l’actuel Goldbach Group et transmet l’entreprise bien positionnée avec une vision claire pour l’avenir. Nous respectons son souhait, annoncé depuis longtemps, de céder la responsabilité opérationnelle et nous sommes heureux de l’avoir convaincu de rester au sein du conseil d’administration de Goldbach Media. »<\/p>\n

Christoph Marty a occupé des fonctions de direction chez CH Media et Publicitas et est depuis plus de sept ans CEO du spécialiste de la commercialisation Out-of-Home Clear Channel Suisse, qui a été repris l’année dernière par Goldbach Group. Il a été responsable de la fusion réussie avec Neo Advertising pour former Goldbach Neo. « Lors du regroupement de Clear Channel Suisse avec l’ancienne filiale de Goldbach, Neo Advertising, l’année dernière, j’ai découvert Goldbach comme une entreprise dynamique avec des collaborateurs hautement professionnels. Je me réjouis de continuer à développer Goldbach Group avec ces collègues », déclare Christoph Marty.<\/p>\n

Le CFO Tom Gibbings reprend la responsabilité globale chez Goldbach Neo<\/strong>
\nL’activité de Goldbach Neo sera placée sous la responsabilité de l’actuel CFO Tom Gibbings, qui a été élu nouveau CEO par le conseil d’administration. L’expert-comptable diplômé reprendra la direction de Christoph Marty à compter du 1er juillet 2024.<\/p>\n

Avant de rejoindre Clear Channel Suisse, Tom Gibbings a occupé différents postes chez Clear Channel à Londres. Auparavant, il a notamment travaillé pour Disney et KPMG. En tant que CEO de Goldbach Neo, Tom Gibbings fera partie de la direction de Goldbach Group à partir de l’été. Avec le départ de Christoph Marty, la direction de Goldbach Neo passera également de quatre à trois personnes.<\/p>\n

Christoph Marty déclare : « Je suis heureux que nous ayons pu convaincre Tom Gibbings de devenir CEO de Goldbach Neo. Il connaît le secteur depuis 10 ans et est la personne idéale pour faire avancer l’intégration chez Goldbach. »<\/p>\n
