All information must be provided as mandatory for participation in the competition. All costs for the realisation of a submitted project are to be borne by the participating party.
The participating party grants the organiser, for the duration and implementation of the competition, all rights necessary for this purpose (trademark, copyright, design and other protected intellectual property rights as well as unprotected rights) on a non-exclusive, non-transferable and royalty-free basis.
The participating party guarantees that the submitted project is free of third-party rights and that it has acquired all third-party rights (copyright and other intellectual property rights) that may be required. It is solely the responsibility of the participating party to comply with all applicable legal provisions in the description and in connection with its project. It further guarantees that all information and statements in the submitted project are true.
The organiser is therefore not responsible for the technically, formally and substantively correct reproduction or recognisability of a project; in particular, incorrect, illegible or incomplete information in the presentation of the projects does not fall within the organiser’s area of responsibility.
In the event of a breach of the terms of participation, the participating party may be excluded from the competition and any award may be reclaimed and revoked by the organiser. The participating party acknowledges that the decisions of the jury are binding. Legal recourse is excluded.
For all disputes arising in connection with participation in the “Goldbach Crossmedia Award 2027” competition that do not fall under the exclusion of legal recourse agreed above, the courts in Zurich have jurisdiction. Swiss law applies.
