Goldbach Group: Focus on healthy development of the core business

As part of the focus on the core business, Goldbach is making further structural adjustments.

Küsnacht, November 4, 2025 – The Goldbach Group is taking the next step in its realignment and is focusing further on its core business. It is discontinuing the Regional Sales business unit, including Ad Unit, and reducing complexity within the Goldbach Group.

Discussions are underway to reintegrate and partially take over these teams within the TX Group. The Goldbach Group is concentrating on the healthy development of TV, outdoor Advertising, Digital and Audio.

These structural adjustments will result in a reduction of a maximum of 65 positions at the Goldbach Group. This is subject to the results of the consultation process that is currently underway. In which areas the positions will actually be cut will be clear after the consultation process has been completed and the decisions on the potential takeover of sub-areas within the TX Group have been made by the end of November.

The processing of customer orders for the AdUnit remains guaranteed. Work is underway on a successor solution. Information on the next steps will be provided in good time.
