Goldbach subsidiary Splicky with new owner

Goldbach Group AG is selling its German company Splicky GmbH to the Danish company Adform, a global provider of ad tech solutions.
Küsnacht, December 19, 2025 – The Berlin-based Goldbach subsidiary Splicky specializes in issues relating to Programmatic Advertising in the DACH region and beyond. Its eponymous multichannel demand-side platform “Splicky” enables the programmatic purchase of Advertising space on mobile devices, desktop computers, digital-out-of-home screens and Connected TV, as well as audio Advertising formats on radio stations and smart speakers.
Adform is a European ad tech provider that offers brands, agencies and publishers a fully integrated platform for digital Advertising. With its Adform FLOW solution, the company combines ad server, demand-side platform and data management to efficiently deliver, manage and optimize Advertising campaigns across all digital channels. Splicky complements this offering perfectly.
The sale of Splicky is a logical step in the course of Goldbach Group’s focus on Switzerland.
