Goldbach Austria is an expert and neutral aggregator for cross-media advertising inventory in a digital world. We offer the necessary infrastructure that enables brands to achieve their communication goals. Advertising customers are the focus of our activities. Through convergent key performance indicators that can be measured in real time, we enable automated and data-driven targeting of advertising content as well as optimized advertising contacts with the desired target group. We offer our own cross-channel advertising formats and guarantee a secure brand environment. We always have clarity about the ownership and usage rights of the data used.

We offer partners and clients a complete service for the advertising monetization of their products. We integrate them into our networks, our cross-media offering and our exclusive, cross-channel products. We make their data usable and thus enable revenue-maximizing and automated sales of their advertising inventory.

We achieve long-term relevance in a dynamically changing market environment through media synchronization, data expertise, customer proximity, exclusive mandates and by making our services accessible to every customer group. In order to secure these prerequisites for our business model, we are able to act, invest in technology and expertise, enter into partnerships for sales and technology, shape market standards and inspire passionate and motivated talent for our business. Employees benefit from internal introductory and specialist training courses, management and business seminars as well as business-relevant training and quarterly information. To promote internal mobility, we launch an annual Change Day to create a culture of knowledge sharing, further expand personal networks and improve cooperation between individual departments.

Ecological sustainability for future generations

It is a matter of course for us that Goldbach's business activities are geared towards long-term ecological sustainability in order to safeguard the natural foundations of life for future generations.

  • CO2 emissions
    Reducing CO2 is our primary goal, which is why we work together with the charitable foundation myclimate. For the part that we cannot yet reduce, we make a corresponding financial contribution to climate protection in projects that are supported by myclimate. This year, we are supporting a project with efficient energy-saving and solar stoves in Madagascar and a natural forest reserve project on Lake Thun.

    We regularly have our emissions measured by myclimate and make a conscious effort to avoid them. Resource-efficient management is therefore an important pillar for Goldbach. In order to conserve resources in our day-to-day work, we rely on paperless working and naturally use FSC- and Ecolabel-certified printer paper for our few printouts. Other measures, such as business travel guidelines and raising employee awareness of sustainability at events, are constantly being expanded.

  • Sustainability report
    Since 2023, listed companies have been required to prepare a sustainability report. The Goldbach Group has supported the TX Group with facts, figures and data. To the Sustainability Report 2022
