What do industry personalities actually do after work? What do they like to spend money on and are they into Netflix or fitness? MEEDIA asked Claudia Zayer about this. She is Managing Director at Goldbach DOOH.

How long does it take you to get home from the office?

5 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot along the Isar. My dog prefers the latter option.

What do you do on the way home?

Switch off or make last-minute phone calls.

What is essential for your work-life balance?

Somehow being able to continue doing my sport despite my job. Unfortunately, it's not that easy with surfing and kitesurfing. That's why I try to spend as much time as possible at the Atlantic or on the North Sea.

And for whom are you irreplaceable?

Hopefully for most of the people who know me, even if I probably don't reach 100%. I think my dog likes me a lot too. My VW T4 would already be in the scrapyard without me. He'll thank me for that when we break the half a million kilometer mark soon.

When was the last time you were really spontaneous?

Last week, a friend and I "spontaneously" signed up for a charity rally to the North Cape. 7,500 km without satnav or highway - once around the Baltic Sea. I'm still not sure whether this is one of our better ideas or whether it falls into the "why do you do it" category.

And what unfortunately keeps slowing you down?

Too little time for all the things I love.

Where do you dream of traveling to?

Northern Spain or Portugal. The main thing is wind or waves.

Do you have a good movie or series tip for us?

I really don't watch much television.

Your favorite book is ...

"The Pillars of the Earth" by Ken Follett and its sequels.

Your favorite restaurant is ...

Fan curve or theater hall?

Fan curve, but I prefer ice hockey to soccer.

Off the peg or made to measure?

It's all in the mix.

What do you like to spend money on?

Surfboards, kite-surfing umbrellas and getting rid of the TÜV inspector's list of defects

And what is one of your guilty pleasures?

Coffee. In all its variations. I think I should drink less coffee!
