More focus: Goldbach Germany is reorganising
Goldbach Germany GmbH will be split into two independent companies from 2025: Goldvertise GmbH and eisbach.media GmbH. The latter is responsible for DOOH marketing, while Goldvertise GmbH specialises in moving image marketing in Connected TV, linear TV and Online Video. Both companies are subsidiaries of the Swiss Goldbach Group AG.
Unterföhring, 12 December 2024 – Almost ten years after Goldbach Germany was founded in January 2015, the company will become two independent companies from 2025 under the names Goldvertise and eisbach.media.
Goldvertise will continue to market the media types TV, Connected TV and Online Video. The portfolio includes more than 45 Connected TV partners, over 40 linear special interest TV channels and an extensive online portfolio with up to 1.5 billion monthly ad requests. The partner relationships and operational functions will remain in place and will be continued under a new name. Frank Möbius will remain Managing Director of Goldvertise.
eisbach.media GmbH, with Claudia Zayer as Managing Director, offers premium inventory in the public space. The comprehensive network of digital screens in malls, EV screens, retail and big screens reaches mobile and active target groups on the move directly before purchase decisions and can thus provide decisive impulses.
Frank Möbius, Managing Director of Goldvertise, on the change of name: «The reorganisation of Goldbach Germany is a great opportunity for all of us.
