KI COLLAR TRANSLATES DOG LANGUAGE

South Korean startup Petpuls has unveiled an eponymous dog collar that informs the owner about the pet's state of mind. "Petpuls" uses AI-based voice recognition technology to analyze dog sounds and assign them to five moods. The wearable communicates via WIFI with an associated app that indicates whether the four-legged friend is anxious, happy, sad, upset or relaxed. The device also integrates an accelerometer that provides nutrition tips based on the dog's movement profile. "Petpuls" was awarded an innovation prize at the CES electronics trade show.
