Heute.at by far the largest online newspaper with 8.8 million unique clients

The new ÖWA shows massive reach gains for Heute.at in August. Accesses from 8.8 million different devices set a new annual record.

Vienna (OTS) - Heute.at continues to grow rapidly. On Wednesday, the independent Austrian Web Analysis (ÖWA) published the reach data for August 2022. With already 3.99 million readers, Heute.at again significantly increased its reach. Within one month, even another 245,000 readers were added.

"These very pleasing figures clearly show that users trust Heute.at as a source of information to a huge extent and appreciate our young, fresh entertainment offering," said Wolfgang Jansky and Bernhard Brechbühl, co-managing directors of Heute.at.

In the Unique Clients category, the ÖWA Heute.at shows a new annual high: Users accessed Heute. at from 8.8 million different devices. In the important category of unique clients, Heute .at thus remains the market leader among all private news portals that operate individual offerings on the Internet.

The real sensation, however, can be seen in the mobile figures. With 7 million cell phones and tablets reached, Heute .at is now even ahead of ORF, which reaches 6.6 million mobile devices. Heute.at editor-in-chief Clemens Oistric: "Day after day, our team manages perfectly to bring news to the point for the smartphone generation. I would like to express my sincere thanks for the tremendous interest and loyalty of our readership."

Alexander Leitner, CCO of marketer Goldbach Audience Austria, agrees and adds: " BookingHeute.at means booking reach." Leitner: "Our advertising partners have the opportunity to reach 56.6 percent of domestic Internet users with their message on Heute.at. This opens up the best conditions for addressing target groups across Austria in large numbers."
