LAOLA1 with a new look and feel!
Since 2008, LAOLA1 has been known for its colorful logo with letters set in rings, which remained unchanged for a long time. This is changing as of today. The brand, which has been embedded in the global Sportradar group since 2016, continues to break new ground in its positioning as a 360-degree multi-channel platform for the Austrian sports industry. In order to clearly convey this visually, LAOLA1 is presenting itself with a modernized logo and corporate design for the first time since it changed its name from Sport1 to LAOLA1 as of today, September 28. The website www.laola1.at has also been adapted to the new look and feel.
The design impresses with a timeless, striking, self-confident style and a high recognition value. The dominant red increases the assertiveness and also emphasizes the reference to Austria. Another highlight is the variable and responsive logo design. The "L" and the "1" become a bracket, symbolizing that LAOLA1 encompasses and frames the diversity of all sports. This visual element is memorable and offers plenty of creative scope in all areas of application, whether as an animation on the website, on TV or as a stand-alone design element.
The "1" underlines the central brand message: "When it comes to sports, we are number 1". LAOLA1 stands for passion, for competence, for diversity and for the enthusiasm that the brand arouses in all sports fans.
LAOLA1 is the first port of call for all sports enthusiasts who want knowledge and information about sports, from breaking news, results and livestreams to background stories.
LAOLA1 is also one of the most relevant contacts in Austria in the B2B sector, in addition to the B2C sector, thanks to the diversity of its offerings and its expertise. The service portfolio includes (LIVE) productions, marketing, live ticker, a business club as well as comprehensive consulting and product development in the sports industry.
The website www.laola1.at was revised in all areas according to the 'mobile first' approach. The new color scheme, in combination with the straightforward typography, ensures a modern brand presence. A clearer structure and the new meta navigation, which allows all content to be found quickly, noticeably improve the user experience. Search processes are simplified by automated tag pages. Other new features are already being implemented and will be continuously integrated into the website.
The rebranding campaign was also developed and designed by creative agency Rebell Creative. The radio spots, TV commercials and social media ads start immediately and are designed to create a lot of awareness for LAOLA1 with a dynamic and progressive tone. The messages focus heavily on the core values of "Number 1," "Diversity," "Passion" and "Expertise."
