Austrian Goldbach subsidiary 2025 with new owner 

Goldbach Group AG sells Goldbach Austria GmbH to Dutch advertising and entertainment platform Azerion.

Goldbach Austria GmbH, founded in 2002, has grown into one of the most important screen marketers in Austria in recent years. Its product portfolio includes TV, online, mobile, Advanced TV and digital out-of-home. Goldbach Austria currently has its own inventory of 112 digital out-of-home screens at 91 locations across Austria.

The sale of the Austrian subsidiary by Goldbach Group to Dutch company Azerion is a logical step in Goldbach Group’s refocusing. 

Azerion is one of the largest digital advertising and entertainment platforms in Europe. Azerion will take over the business activities of Goldbach Austria GmbH, including responsibility for existing customers and partners. Goldbach Austria employees will continue to support the company’s growth with new and existing customer relationships and operational functions as part of the Azerion Group.

The transaction is subject to approval from the Austrian Federal Competition Authority.
