Goldbach Austria becomes part of the Azerion Group

Azerion acquires Goldbach Austria GmbH and opens up new growth opportunities in the DACH region.

Amsterdam/Vienna/Küsnacht, November 11, 2024 - Azerion Group NV, one of the leading digital advertising and entertainment media platforms in Europe, today announced the acquisition of Goldbach Austria GmbH, one of the leading marketers and intermediaries of digital and linear advertising in the DACH region. This partnership marks a significant step for both companies and promises growth momentum, innovation and attractive advertising opportunities in Austria.

The Azerion Group will take over the business operations of Goldbach Austria, including responsibility for existing clients and partners. The experienced Goldbach Austria team will remain with the company and will continue to manage client relationships and operational functions as part of the Azerion Group. The transaction is subject to the approval of the Austrian Federal Competition Authority. The Goldbach brand will be retained for the time being.
