Goldbach hires Phillip Pelz as Head of Product & Partner Management Advanced TV
In order to further develop the up-and-coming area of Advanced TV, which includes all forms of advertising related to Connected TV, the screen marketer Goldbach Austria has gained competent support in the form of marketing professional Phillip Pelz, 43. Most recently, the "digital advertising native," who already has more than 17 years of experience in marketing digital media, was Head of Sales for United Internet Media, where he was responsible for marketing GMX.at and managing the branch in Austria.
His new tasks include the further development of Goldbach's Advanced TV advertising inventory, the acquisition of new partner stations and the expansion of existing distribution platforms and distribution channels. In addition to building up the Advanced TV division, the media technology graduate will also be responsible for product and partner issues in the linear TV division as part of his new role.
From desktop to digital big screen advertising
"I am delighted to be returning to my professional roots after more than 12 years. What appeals to me most about the new role is the opportunity to be involved in the development of an extremely exciting, because completely innovative, area. Combining the best of the two worlds of TV and online advertising - hardly any other marketer has lived this philosophy for as long and as integratively as Goldbach - and now also within this new media channel," says the newly appointed Head of Product & Partner Management Advanced TV with motivation.
"I couldn't imagine a more suitable expert for the development and expansion of this important, promising marketing area. In Phillip Pelz, we are gaining not only an extremely well-connected digital marketing specialist, but also an expert in the industry who always has his finger on the pulse and an innovative mindset. A professional not only on the technical, professional side, but also on the strategic, innovative side, who will also lead his team with a lot of empathy," says Goldbach Austria CEO Josef Almer about the new addition.
