Heute.at in ÖAMTC yellow
With the creative special advertising format Dynamic Wall, the yellow angels created an eye-catching site branding on Heute.at on July 10, 2024. For an entire day, the platform was colored in ÖAMTC yellow to promote the Schutzbrief campaign.
“We were looking for an attention-grabbing and high-reach idea to strengthen our protection letter campaign. The daily placement with the special advertising format Dynamic Wall from Goldbach enabled us to achieve full-site branding of Heute.at including background coloring and thus to advertise in an unmissable way. By combining this with a video integration, we were able to explain the benefits of the letter of protection in detail once the attention had been fully drawn to our brand,” says Stefan Lorbeer from ÖAMTC, summarizing the idea.
The special advertising format “Dynamic Wall” is a large-scale site branding that surrounds the website and, with around one million impressions per day, also generates relevant reach on Heute.at. The video, which can be seen in the center at the beginning of a website visit, is placed in a large area within the site bar position as the user scrolls and displays additional text information. If the user scrolls upwards, the video returns to its original position above the content. The video therefore always remains in the visible area.
“We have been working with ÖAMTC in cooperation with the digital lead agency dreifive for a year now and are delighted that we have now been able to place the new Dynamic Wall advertising format on Heute.at for the first time with this renowned client and thus implement a first mover campaign,” says Isabella Höninger, who is responsible for the innovative campaign on behalf of media marketer Goldbach Austria.
