Today.at with strongest Q1 ever: Already 32.7 million monthly visits

The digital offerings of Heute.at got off to the best start to the year in their history. ÖWA Basic reports an average of 32.7 million visits in Q1.

The online reach study ÖWA Basic, published on Monday, impressively confirms the steep growth course: Heute.at already recorded an average of 32.7 million monthly visits from January to March. Thus, the strong result of the previous year - with the first lockdown in March - was again exceeded by 35 percent.

Heute.at is thus one of the three most visited news online portals in the country. "We have therefore decided to publish in the ÖWA in the future exclusively the values of the news portal," explains Editor-in-Chief Clemens Oistric. "The user figures of Heute.at speak a clear language. On average, we have already recorded more than one million visits per day. On behalf of the entire team, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for this great trust."

Alexander Leitner, Managing Director of Goldbach Audience, which is responsible for marketing Heute .at, adds: "For our customers, these strong figures for Heute.at are decisive. As a mass medium with high brand safety, advertisers can reach their target groups with us in all nine federal states." According to Leitner, Heute.at also offers brands "numerous opportunities for innovative and, at the same time, high-reach targeting."

The user figures now available for March 2021 also prove that Austrians value Heute.at as a reliable and fast source of information. The ÖWA shows 31.2 million visits for Heute.at. In March, around 93.8 million pages were called up from 5.7 million different devices.
