Kerstin Kastner advances to Head of Ad Operations at the screen marketer Goldbach Austria

33-year-old Kerstin Kastner from Lower Austria has been promoted to Head of Ad Operations at media marketer Goldbach Austria as of April this year.

With a total of more than 10 years of experience in digital campaign management, the Bachelor of Science in Engineering and HAK graduate has undergone a remarkable professional development since joining Goldbach in 2020. Originally working as Senior Campaign & Programmatic Manager, she took another significant career step with her recent promotion to Head of Ad Operations. In addition to her previous time at Goldbach, she also gained in-depth ad server knowledge from her more than 6.5 years as Ad Manager at Adverserve.

In her new role, the expert is now the main contact for ad operations and publisher services in the company and a member of the management team. In addition to her previous tasks - campaign management and publisher service, the creation and optimization of advertising campaigns, reporting via various ad servers, the adaptation of advertising media and the implementation of special advertising formats as well as the onboarding of publishers - she will also be responsible for team management and project coordination.
