Goldbach invests in technology for simplified booking processes

The advertising marketer is developing a technology solution to simplify booking processes.

To simplify advertising booking processes, Goldbach is investing in technology over the next few years. "We listened to our customers and realized that we need to make our processes simpler. In the future, it must be possible to book an entire campaign with just a few clicks in the medium term, even across all the media we market," says Michi Frank, CEO Goldbach Group AG. To this end, Goldbach is developing a technology platform to which all media marketed by Goldbach in Switzerland are connected.

Via this self-service, customers will not only have access to the products, but also to classic and digital data with simple planning and optimization options. The tool is intended to offer simple interfaces and products for SMEs and at the same time be made available to our major customers and agencies in an expanded version.

Advertising customers will benefit from a simple service and access to premium advertising products coupled with optimal consulting. In order to build up this technology platform, additional staff will be hired in the area of technology and product development.
