Goldbach Austria breaks the 100-location mark in its own DOOH network

Burger King as a new partner in Austria's widest-reaching DOOH network

Goldbach Austria is celebrating a milestone in digital out of home (DOOH) marketing. With the recently concluded Burger King partnership, Goldbach's own network now comprises exactly 101 locations with a total of 130 screens. These own locations generate a total reach of approx. 15 million gross contacts within two weeks and represent a significant share of the entire Goldbach Austria DOOH network, which comprises a total of 35 partners and can draw on a reach of 332 million gross contacts and a net reach of 64.4% (14-69 years) in two weeks.

New locations: Burger King becomes a strategic partner

The latest additions to the Goldbach Screens network are three highly frequented Burger King branches: the 99th location at Ungargasse 66 in Vienna, the 100th location at Favoritenstrasse 109 in Vienna and the 101st location in Innsbruck.

The partnership with Burger King is geared towards the long term in order to maintain a presence in highly frequented and convenient locations.

Important milestone: First location in Innsbruck

With the location in Innsbruck, Goldbach Austria now has its first marketing space in the Tyrolean capital. "We are very pleased with the successful development of our DOOH network. The expansion towards western Austria is an important strategic step. In addition to Innsbruck, new projects are also in the pipeline in Salzburg, for example," emphasizes Philipp Hengl, Head of Product & Partner Management DOOH at Goldbach Austria.

Own locations complement partner network

Goldbach Austria has been active in the outdoor advertising sector since 2011 and currently markets over 9,200 screens at more than 1,300 locations of over 35 portfolio partners throughout Austria. Following a comprehensive market analysis, the company decided to invest in its own screens over two years ago. The first five own locations went live in August 2022. The first "Iconic Screen" was also put into operation just in time for the two-year anniversary in August 2024, and a second premium location in Vienna's Prater is planned for the second quarter of 2025 - with more to follow.

All Goldbach screens can be booked programmatically from the outset and will be integrated into the existing channels of the DOOH network.

The marketer sees its own locations as part of the overall DOOH network and works closely with its portfolio partners - with the aim of jointly driving innovative developments in the Austrian OOH market.

Goldbach Austria's long-standing partners include well-known companies such as ÖBB Werbung, Media Markt, Digilight and Infracom, and new cooperation agreements have been concluded with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Airport Media, among others.

Goldbach Austria will continue to invest in the further development of its DOOH network and the expansion of strategic partnerships in order to offer advertisers even greater reach and maximum visibility.
