Bieler Tagblatt now in the Goldbach Publishing portfolio

With a circulation of 16,803 copies, the Bieler Tagblatt has been firmly anchored as an independent daily newspaper in the Biel-Seeland region since 1849 and, as the regional title with the widest reach, reaches 46,000 readers every day. The Bieler Tagblatt fully covers daily events inside and outside the region in all areas, and from Thursday to Saturday the daily is supplemented by the regional background magazine Kontext.

Effective immediately, Goldbach Publishing will market the daily newspaper on a non-exclusive basis and the Bieler Tagblatt will also be bookable for national customers via a Metropool Andok module.

"We are delighted to have gained the Bieler Tagblatt, the most important print title in the Biel-Seeland region, as a new client. The Bieler Tagblatt complements our current portfolio perfectly and together with the existing titles such as the BZ, Der Bund or the Berner Oberländer, we will be able to offer our national customers even more reach and performance in the canton of Berne in the future," Thierry Furrer, Managing Director Goldbach Publishing, is pleased to say.

André Dummermuth, Co-Managing Director at Gassmann Media, is also pleased about the collaboration: "We are very much looking forward to working with Goldbach: we are gaining a national partner who will raise awareness of the qualities of print advertising among decision-makers on the client and agency side and strengthen the genre.Participation in the Goldbach Publishing network will give us an even stronger market presence and ideally complements our own activities.."
