12 CANTONS WITH DIFFERENT NEEDS
Initial situation and objective: In view of the shortage of qualified teachers, twelve education directorates from different cantons commissioned the Bern-based agency KARGO Kommunikation and Goldbach Regional to launch a campaign against the shortage of teachers. The aim of the campaign is to use emotional and creative messages to convey the enriching and meaningful aspects of the teaching profession. The aim is to arouse young people's interest in the profession and inspire career changers.
Implementation: As there were several clients for this campaign in the form of the twelve cantons, the implementation was extremely challenging. The advertising material had different messages for each canton, which resulted in a huge flood of subjects. Thanks to the extensive experience of KARGO and Goldbach Regional, as well as the technical support of the Goldbach Booking Tool, the campaign was successfully implemented within a very short space of time and despite the high level of complexity.
