Mark Luck becomes new COO of Goldbach

At the beginning of February, Director Controlling Mark Luck was confirmed as COO by the Goldbach Board of Directors. The creation of this new COO position is part of Goldbach's integration process into TX and is an important interface with TX Corporate Services.

In his new role, Mark Luck reports directly to CEO Michi Frank and can thus fully focus on the further development of the company. Responsibility for the commercial management of the company remains with Mark Luck. He will also continue to be responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions. In addition, as a member of Goldbach's Executive Board, he will drive forward the operational implementation of decisions taken by the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.

Mark Luck joined Goldbach almost seven years ago as Junior Group Controller and has held various positions within Goldbach's Controlling department over the past seven years, since 2017 in a management role. Since the beginning of 2020, he has also been part of the Goldbach Executive Board. The trained electrician completed various further training courses in the commercial field and holds an EMBA in Controlling and Consulting.

"I am very pleased that Mark will be joining us in this new position with immediate effect. He knows Goldbach and its business processes very well and, in addition to his extensive knowledge, brings with him the necessary passion for business," says CEO Michi Frank.
